- No insurance needed. The $99 exam, X-rays and treatment plan is a flat, self-pay price — no membership, no card on file, no surprise bill.
- Out-of-network with your plan? We're out-of-network with every PPO, and we still file your claims for cleanings and treatment so your plan reimburses you directly. Most PPOs pay out-of-network benefits.
- Want ongoing care without insurance? The Healthy Patient Membership Plan ($420/year) covers 2 cleanings, 2 exams, annual X-rays and an emergency exam, plus 10% off any treatment — no deductibles, waiting periods or annual maximums.
- Bigger treatment? In-house payment plans and monthly financing spread the cost into predictable payments.
Medicaid or an HMO/DMO plan? We're not in-network, but the $99 special is the most affordable way to be seen at our office.
